Q1. What is FWB Video Pass?
A1. FWB video pass is available to Fixed Wireless Broadband prepaid customers only. For just K10 you will be allocated 50GB of data to be used to watch video contents on YouTube and Netflix. The video pass is valid for 10hours only.
Q2. Is it applicable to all video sites or strictly for YouTube and Netflix?
A2. No. The Video Pass is limited to YouTube and Netflix only. Subscribe to the internet data bundles to browse other video sites that are not part of this FWB video pass.
Q3. Will I be able to view Netflix videos without subscribing to a Netflix subscription?
A3. No. With Netflix, you will have to subscribe separately on one of Netflix’s subscription plans. You will be required to have a debit visa or credit card to purchase a Netflix subscription. Once you have subscribed to a subscription plan then your internet data usage will be charged to the 50GB data quota allocated for use with the Video Pass.
Q4. Can the video pass be used to download videos and movies as well?
A4. No. The Video pass is limited to viewing videos on YouTube and Netflix only.
Q5. Are there other bundles apart from the 50GB at K10 valid for 10 hours?
A5. There is only one video pass. However, there are other internet data bundles that can be subscribed to. Visit the prepaid online self-care page to view the display of all the prepaid data and voice bundles.
Q6. What time of day will I be able to subscribe to the FWB Video Pass?
A6. You can subscribe to the video pass any time of the day.
Q7. Is it allowed to subscribe to video pass multiple times?
A7. Yes, multiple subscription is allowed.
Q8. What happens to the remaining balance of the 50GB quota once the validity of 10hours expires?
A8. The remaining quota balance after the validity expires is forfeited. The fair use policy for Telikom’s Prepaid Service General Terms and Conditions will apply.
Q9. Is the video pass offered to all the prepaid class of services?
A9. No, it’s only applicable to Fixed Wireless Broadband only.
Q10. Where can I subscribe to the video pass?
A10. Visit the online prepaid self-care to subscribe.
Q11. When will the video pass be available on prepaid ADSL/2+ service?
A11. Telikom will advise later on when a similar offer will be available for the ADSL/2+ service. But for now, it is restricted to Fixed Wireless Broadband.
ADSL/2+ customers will receive an error message when attempting to subscribe to the pass on self-care meaning that the pass is not available on ADSL/2+ service.
