David holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG) and a Diploma in Management from TAFE (NSW). He has 14 years of experience in the legal profession spending the early part of his career in private legal practice before joining the corporate sector.

David’s experience cover Litigation (commercial, criminal) in the District, National and Supreme Courts of Papua New Guinea; General Commercial Law, Legal Drafting, Property/Conveyancing, General legal and compliance, Company Secretariat duties, Government Liaison and an array of other skills attained over his years of experience.

He worked as Manager Legal/ Company Secretary for Kina Group of Companies and as Legal Counsel - PNG for Newcrest Mining Limited, also undertaking Government Liaison functions with stakeholders in the mining industry. David spent a short stint with the Independent Consumer and Competition Commission (ICCC) as Corporate Secretary prior to joining Telikom PNG as Company Secretary in 2013.

Moses Tedumo - Acting Chief Technical Officer, Kumul Telikom Holdings Ltd

Moses holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Communications from the PNG University of Technology, a Diploma in Advance Management Program from New Zealand Institute of Management in Christchurch and a Masters’ in Business Administration from Divine Word University.  He has 27 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry covering various engineering disciplines and managerial capacities with the last 8-years in a Senior Management role. He is also a trained and certified ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standards Practitioner and Lead Auditor.

Moses started his career with Telikom in 1991 and has been with the company since. Initially being recruited as a Radio Design and Propagation Engineer. Then moved to RF Project Engineer and then appointed Project Manager –Radio. He was then appointed as Manager Access Network in 2009 and later to Head of Access Network in 2010. In 2012, he was appointed to General Manager Program Management and Quality Assurance in Corporate Service Division and in 2017 he returned to Engineering and Network Services as Acting Chief Technical Officer.
