How can I use the fixed wireless telephone service?
This service is the same as your fixed line service to make calls, depending on your home phone plan and the type of calls you want, whether it be local, STD, IDD or mobile.
Installation
1. Go to your nearest Telikom Business Office and apply for the fixed wireless telephone service
2. Upon successful application, you will be allowed to purchase your fixed wireless handset.
3. Once at home simply turn the switch on and you should have an active dial tone. You can start to use your rait or telikad services

Rait card or Telikad
You can purchase a rait card to recharge your rait balance on your X’cess handset or you can purchase a telikad to keep your call credits on the card. These cards can be bought from either the Telikom business offices or a registered Telikom dealer. You can make any type of call – local, STD, IDD, and mobile-as long as you have sufficient balance in your account to make the call.
