1. Where can I buy my rait prepaid card? Rait cards for recharge are available from all Telikom business offices and approved dealers and retailers.

2. In addition to the fixed amount debited from my recharge card, can I transfer additional amounts to reduce the outstanding balance? Yes, contact customer service for assistance

3. Can I transfer some credits from my account to another account? Yes, you can transfer your rait credits to another rait phone. To transfer, you will dial 1255 and follow the voice prompts.

4. Can I have more than one rait prepaid services under one rait account? No, this is not possible on your rait prepaid service.

5. Can my recharge card be used to recharge another rait account? Yes, the rait prepaid card you purchase from a dealer can be used to recharge any rait prepaid service. That is why it is important for you to make sure that your prepaid card is kept secured after purchase, until it is uploaded into your rait account.

6. Why can’t I make an STD call? You will not be able to make STD calls if your rait prepaid service is barred from STD calls.

7. What can I do if I hear the prompt “your rait prepaid account has expired, Please recharge your account immediately to avoid being temporarily disconnected"? Your account has expired and you will not be able to make any more calls. You will be required to recharge you balance within 30 days from the expiration date to avoid temporary disconnection of your service.

8. What can I do if my recharge card is lost or stolen? Telikom PNG or its registered dealers will not be responsible for any loss of recharge cards after purchase. It is important that you get a copy of the rait prepaid service. Terms and conditions, which states what you can and cannot do for lost cards.

9. When and where should I report a fault on my rait prepaid service? Whenever you experience faults with your rait prepaid services, you must immediately report the fault to the nearest Telikom Business office. You can also call the 24 hours customer call center and explain your problem over the phone. If it is a technical problem, they will advise you to see your nearest TBO.

10. Can my rait prepaid service be used to access other service? Yes, your rait prepaid handset can be used to make telikad calls, emergency and 180 service calls, free calls and voice mail calls.

11. How can I get detailed call records and account records from my rait prepaid service? Contact customer service for assistance on how to obtain your call and account records. No monthly statement will be sent to you as is the case with post paid services. Charges apply for this service.

12. Can anyone use my rait credits? Yes, rait prepaid service does not have a secret pin number as was the case in the recent past. Once your rait phone is uploaded with credits, anyone can call and use up your credits.
