Rait prepaid is easy to use
Apply for a rait prepaid service at your nearest Telikom Business office. For X’cess service, you will be served over the counter with a wireless handset and you will start use your rait service once you have a dial tone. However, it would take some days to install new rait services through fixed line or to migrate from fixed line postpaid to rait prepaid.
To start making a call, you will need to purchase a rait prepaid card for your phone from either a registered dealer or Telikom business office.
Scratch off the silver panel on the back of your rait prepaid card to reveal the 12 digit card number. Your phone number is your account number.
Simply dial 1255 from your rait prepaid telephone and follow the voice prompts to recharge your rait phone account. You can also follow the instruction at the back of your rait prepaid card to upload call credits onto your phone.
Now your rait prepaid phones can be used to make any calls.
To make a call simply pick up the phone and follow the voice prompts. You can also read and follow the instruction at the back of the rait card.
Any missed incoming calls will be transferred to your voicemail in order for you to retrieve the massages later.
With a nil balance, you can receive incoming calls but you cannot make outgoing calls until you recharge your account.
