With Postpaid Fixed Lines, the customer is billed at the end of every month for using the service. Telikom offers Post Paid Phone nation-wide as the main telephone service apart from Telikom's new X’cess wireless phones that requires Rait or Telikad cards to make calls.  We currently support all business, home phone lines and Departmental phone lines in Papua New Guinea with our postpaid fixed line services.

We offer our Postpaid service in four categories:

1. Exchange Line - Expatriate Residential Services
2. Exchange Line – Citizen Residential Services
3. Exchange Line – Economy Residential Services
4. Exchange Line – Business Telephone Service.
