Services Application Forms

Welcome to the page in which you can see how to order a new service or change your existing service.
Currently all service additions and changes can only be accomplished by filling out forms and taking them to your nearest Telikom Business Office (TBO). There will be an identification process and credit check for new customers, please take with you sufficient evidence of identity and employment.
Our application forms, that you will need to fill in, are divided into three different areas...
1. Residential Telephone Services ( for non business persons wanting telephony products)
2. Business Telephone Services (for all business persons wanting telephony products)
3. Bandwidth or Data Services (normally for use by business persons requiring data products)
4. Rait Prepaid (in pdf)

There are three ways to pay your existing account (bill)...

Take your payment and statement into the nearest Telikom Business Office. Credit to your account is instantaneous at any official TBO.

Post your crossed cheque into the nearest Telikom Business Office. See the list of TBOs. Credit reaching your account is dependent upon postal delays, please take these into account when using this means.

Use the BillPay service provided by your bank through telephone banking (or ATM or Internet in the future). Our biller number is 10000. You need to know your account number which is at the top of your statement. Please allow for up to 24 hours for the credit to transfer from the banks to Telikom.
