The Telikom Call Centre is a 24/7 service which takes care of customer queries on a number of newly rolled out products, Hotline Services, Major Customer Care, National Directories and other Operator Assisted Services:
(1.) For Telikad & Rait Prepaid – Dial 3234444.
(2.) For Bee Mobile - Dial 3235555.
(3.) For Hotline Services – Dial 1803999.
(4.) For National Directories Assistant – Dial 013.
(5.) Operator Assisted Services:
• Call 012 – Technician Test Only
• Call 016 – To Connect International Call (International Calls for Collect and Conference Calls)
• Call 011 – To Connect National Call (National Trunk Calls for Wake up, Conference & Reverse Charge Calls)
• Call 0178 – For International Directories Assistance

* National and International Directory Services will be extended via the internet medium, where customers can query the database online for any national subscriber phone numbers or international number through the Telikom website. |
FAULT REPORTING
Telikom provides an eight hour, daily fault reporting service through the faults hotline numbers.
Customers should:
* Call 014 – To Report Fixed Telephone Faults
* Call 0175 – To Report Data Faults
When you report a fault, you are given a job number which indicates your job on the queue. Technicians will attend to the jobs one by one according to the job number. This service will soon be available online where customers can register faults online and they receive an automatic job number from the system.
