Recharged cards are available from all Telikom Business Offices and approved dealers and retailers. (3.) In addition to the fixed amounted debited from my recharged card, Can I transfer additional amount to reduce the outstanding balance? Yes, contact customer service for assistance. (4.) Can I transfer some credits from my account to another account? No, transfer of credit between the accounts is not possible. (5.) Can I have more than one Rait Prepaid Service under one Rait Account? No, this is not possible on your Rait Prepaid Service. (6.) Can my Recharged card be used to recharge another Rait Account? Yes, the Rait prepaid card you purchase from a dealer can be used to recharge any Rait prepaid service. That is why it is important for you to make sure that your prepaid card is kept secured after purchase, until it is uploaded into your Rait account. (7.) What can I do if my recharge card is lost or stolen? Telikom PNG or its registered dealers will not be responsible for any loss of recharged cards after purchase. It is important that you get a copy of the Rait prepaid service. The terms and conditions states what you can and what you cannot do for lost cards. (8.) Why can’t I make an STD Call? You will not be able to make STD Calls if your Rait Prepaid Service is barred from STD Calls. (9.) Why can’t I make an IDD Call? You will not be able to make IDD calls if your Rait Prepaid Service is barred from IDD Calls. (10.) What can I do if I hear the prompt “Your Rait Prepaid Account is expired. Please recharge your account immediately to avoid being temporarily disconnected?” Your account is expired and you will not make more calls. You will be required to recharge your Balance within 30days from the expiration date to avoid temporary disconnection of your service. (11.) When should I report a fault on my Rait Prepaid Service? Whenever you experience difficulties with your Rait prepaid Service. If you report a fault or service difficulty, Telikom will charge a fee to attending to your service call. (12.) Can my Rait Prepaid Service be used to access other service? Yes, you’re Rait prepaid service can be used to make Telikad calls, emergency, and 180 service calls, free calls and voice mail calls. (13.) How can I get detailed call records and Account Records from my prepaid Service? Contact customer service for assistance on how to your call and account records. No monthly statement will be sent to you as in the case of Postpaid services. Charges apply for this service. (14.) If I forget my PIN Number can I get a new PIN Number from the customer Service Officer over the telephone? No, Customer service Officer will not provide PIN Numbers over the telephone. You will be asked to go to the Local Telikom Business Office for assistance. |
