| (1.)Who can apply for this Postpaid service?
Postpaid service is available to customers with good credit rating with Telikom PNG Ltd. (2.) Can I recharge my account with a B Mobile Prepaid Card? No, this will not be possible as this service is a postpaid service and does not have to be recharged with a prepaid recharge card. (3.) How do I call emergency numbers, and will I be charged? Check the Telephone Directory for information on free call emergency numbers. You will not be charged for emergency calls. (4.) If I do not pay my account on time what will be the penalty? Telikom will disconnect your service .your service will be restored only when you fully pay off your outstanding and any reconnection fees. (5.) If my service has been disconnected, do I pay reconnection fee? Yes. Reconnection Fee only applies if you do not pay within 30 days from the date your service is disconnected. (6.) Is there any incentive if I pay my account within 30days? Telikom may offer from time to time at its discretion incentives or discounts for customers who make early payment of their accounts. (7.) How and Where can I pay my bills? Telikom will accept cash, EFTPOS payment and bank cheque and approved credit cards at any Telikom Business Offices. Direct Debit and Direct Credit will be available at a later date. (8.) Can I replace my SIM and keep the same number? Yes, but only after verification that you are the authorized owner of the SIM. (10.) Can I change my number but keep the SIM? Yes. (11.) Are there any additional charges I have to pay other than the standard charges? Your Customer Service Representative (CSR) will advise you if any additional charges are to be paid at the time of Service Order lodgment. (12.) Can I access my Voicemail from a fixed line or other mobile? Yes, you can. Follow the normal process of voice mail access. (13.) Can I change my prepaid number to a postpaid number and will there be any cost? Yes. Call in at any Telikom Business Offices and enquire at the counter.
