Gerea Aopi has achieved several tertiary degrees in Papua New Guinea, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Queensland. His career began with the PNG Development Bank and progressed through a variety of positions to Managing Director. He currently holds the position of General Manager, PNG with Oil Search Limited. Mr Aopi is also a director to the boards of Steamships Trading Company Limited, POMSox Ltd, Niu Marsh Ltd, Kumul Hotels and Endeavour Properties Ltd, FM Morobe Ltd, Bank of South Pacific Ltd and a number of other boards. He was appointed Chairman of the Board of Telikom on the 21st of February, 2006.

Kuliniasi holds a Degree in Engineering from the University of Technology, Lae. He was the former Chief Engineer for Telikom for 33 years. Mr. Kuliniasi has been a Board Director to Pangtel from 2000 to 2005 and has been appointed working director to the board in 2006. He has held the position till now.

Leon is currently the Managing Director of Nambawan Super, the largest Superannuation Fund in PNG. He has Commerce and Post Graduate Degrees from, Unitech Lae, and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology respectively. He has professional membership with the PNG Institute of Directors, Australian Institute of company Directors and Finsia. He also serves as a Nambawan Super Nominee Director on the Boards of South Pacific Brewery Ltd, Credit Corporation Ltd and Brian Bell Ltd and volunteers as a Director on a number of Charitable Boards such as CDI Trust and Halivim Wantok Trust.

Mr. Veratau holds a Master in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Technology. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Psychology & Philosophy) from the University of Papua New Guinea. Mr. Veratau has held various managerial positions in sales, trade marketing and distribution with SP Brewery.  He is currently the Executive Chairman of Mukuna Consultants Ltd. Mr. Veratau is the Chairman of PNG Rugby Football League Inc. and holds Directorships with Motor Vehicle Insurance Limited (PNG), Pacific International Hospital Ltd and Insurance Partners Ltd. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Carbine Club PNG and the Papua Club.  He has extensive network in government, business, sports, church and the rural communities in Papua New Guinea.

Mr. Smare has a Bachelor of Law Degree and a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree (Geology) from Queensland University of Technology. He is the General Manager - Corporate & Legal for Barrick Gold PNG. Mr. Smare is also the Chairman of bemobile and holds directorships in PNG Mineral Resources Authority, Nationwide Microbank Ltd and City Pharmacy Limited. He is also an Executive Trustee to the Halivim Disaster Fund. Mr. Smare is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the PNG Law Society, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He joined the Telikom Board of Directors in May 2006.

Glenn Blake holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Natal, South Africa and commenced practice as a chartered accountant in 1976. He immigrated to Queensland, Australia in 1988 and continued employment in the accounting profession specializing in the area of insolvency from 1988 to 1992.  In 1992 he took up a permanent position in Papua New Guinea and during the period from 1993 to 2002, he acted as a consultant to the Governor of East Sepik Province together with the roles of a member of directorships in private companies.  From 2002 to June 2005 he performed the duties as senior advisor to the Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea and in July 2005 was appointed as Acting Managing Director of Independent Public Business Corporation (IPBC).  He was formally appointed as the Managing Director of the Independent Public Business Corporation (IPBC) on the 24 July 2008 and is currently on that position at present. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and a fellow member of the Association of Authorised Public Accountants, United Kingdom.
